Mouthwatering Pie Shop Opening Soon on Elm Street in Manchester, New Hampshire
Slightly Crooked Pies is opening soon in Manchester right in the heart of it all at 1209 Elm Street. It was announced on the best day it could have; January 23, 2026, National Pie Day. Perfect.
From what I can see from their Facebook page and the website, the pastry chef(s) at Slightly Crooked Pies have been at this for a long time, but they did all the baking at their home kitchens in Bedford.
Not only do their pastries and pies look A-mazing, but they also have a GREAT Facebook page that gives you tips on how to bake yourself. How genius. They probably know that people like me want to know how to bake, but won't do it themselves. Why would I went Slightly Crooked pies can do it for me?

For example, did you know there is a different in taste when it comes to dark and light corn syrup? I did not, but apparently, the dark corn syrup has a more distinct molasses flavor. The light corn syrup has a more vanilla flavor. Who knew?
This Pie Company Will Feature a Different Pie Each Month
Another example of why you want to follow this Facebook page is because every month they feature a pie. February isn't a pie at all, however, it's the DOUGH! I am following this. I want to know how to make a flaky, buttery dough. BUT, no doubt, I'll still come in for the other deliciousness at the shop.
