Patriot’s DeflateGate Scandal Has a New Song to #FreeTomBrady
Former American Idol contestant Ayla Brown is one of the many football fans against the NFL ruling that will have Tom Brady suspended for four games.
The NFL has dropped the hammer on Tom Brady after the "Deflategate" scandal, but fans are rushing to support their favorite New England Patriots quarterback.
Country singer Ayla Brown, former American Idol contestant and NCAA basketball player, wrote a song based on her song "I Just Wanna Be Your Baby" in support of the #FreeTomBrady campaign.
Brown, originally from Wrentham, Massachusetts, wants to see the star quarterback return when the season kicks off. The NFL suspended Brady for four games as a result of their investigation into Deflategate, which centers around slightly-deflated balls used during the AFC Championship game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Some are calling for a delay to raise the Super Bowl championship banner until Brady returns to the field. The Patriots star is currently lawyering up to appeal the NFL's decision.
