Penguin Plunge Weekend is January 31 and February 1 at Hampton Beach

This year marks the 16th Annual Penguin Plunge (and 7th Annual High School Plunge) where thousands of plungers brave the icy cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean all for Special Olympics of New Hampshire. 

Plunge weekend will begin with the High School Plunge on Saturday, January 31 with WMUR's Kevin Skarupa.

Then on Sunday, February 1, join hosts Karen Kiley and Mark Ericson, and WMUR's Mike Haddad as he leads plungers into the icy Atlantic for the 16th Annual Penguin Plunge.

Support Special Olympics by making pledges online, or getting a team together. Don't forget you can register as a 'Pampered Penguin'...help out without getting wet!
