Here's a quick story about the Otto Portland service.
My son's birthday was last week . We wanted to send some pizzas to his office for his team in honor of his birthday. We called four pizza joints in Portland, all of which said they don't deliver. Then we called Otto in South Portland, and they were cheerful, took our order, delivered it quickly, and wrote "Happy Birthday Ben" all over the boxes, so he knew it was for his birthday. Otto Pizza for the win.
According to the Otto website, the pizza is so good because they make their own dough at their Lynn, Massachusetts, facility, and only use Stanislaus Sauce, known for being farm to table. The cheese is no secret, either. Otto used Grande Mozzarella.
The care of quality and concern to make Otto a great pizza experience is what keep the product true to its vision of serving the best pizza to its customers.
