Friday morning, Arista Records Nashville artist Cam paid a visit to Studio Big. Once she got over the shock of how much snow we have, she performed some great music to start off our Friday morning.

Cam is on her third week of visiting country radio stations and promoting her music. Truth be told, we had hoped to have Cam be our first "Concert In A Cubicle" but weather, travel issues and the flu bug sidetracked all of that. Cam is very friendly, bubbly and cute as a button. She does yellow quite well as you can see.

Cam is grateful to have made a career as a songwriter and recently signed to her new record label. Cam brought her friends and fellow musicians Doug and Anders along to play back as she sang a few songs including her debut single  "My Mistake".

After the formal visit, the three of them got together to record a song for Anders' uncle who was celebrating a birthday. They sang Neil Young's "Four Strong Winds".  Watching incredibly talented musicians work up a song as a rare treat that I'd like to share. Cam learned the banjo chords on the spot as they worked on the song. It was very cool indeed!
