It looks like the show won't be going on for a relatively new Granite State restaurant, at least in its current version.

Rock N Roll Meatballs in Manchester, New Hampshire, announced on Facebook that it would be closing after almost a year since it debuted.

The music-themed eatery will be serving up its last meatballs through the end of November, with a few encore days in December to wrap up the year and the place.

According to a Facebook post, Rock N Roll Meatballs revealed that it "will remain open through the end of November for normal business, with two final concerts on December 3rd and December 27th."

Its last official day open will be December 27, so there's still a chance for you to feast on a Swedish meatball dinner, a chicken meatball parm, or even a meatball grinder before the curtains close.

Why Is Rock N Roll Meatballs in Manchester, New Hampshire, Closing?

The Manchester meatball restaurant revealed that there were multiple reasons for not renewing the lease at its current location.

Parking challenges and high expenses, like a $4,800 electric bill in October, contributed to the decision.

Ultimately, the "overhead on an 8,000-square-foot space was simply unsustainable," the restaurant stated.

Is Rock N Roll Meatballs in Manchester, New Hampshire, Closed for Good?

Short answer: Yes. The last day of December 27 means the end of Rock N Roll Meatballs at 179 Elm Street in Manchester.

However, the Facebook post announcing the closure does offer a glimmer of hope:

"We’re keeping our eyes open for a future spot that fits the vision better—and who knows, Rock n Roll Meatballs may rise again."

So who knows? Maybe Rock N Roll Meatballs will have its revival run, just in a new location. Fingers crossed. Lighters up. (Or is it illuminated phones up, now?)

It's sad to see a new restaurant have to close its doors, but Rock N Roll Meatballs certainly made the most of its year. Running a restaurant is no easy gig, and despite the challenges, the spot delivered up some good food, good vibes, and good memories along the way.
