This Small New England Bakery Is Winning Hearts With Biscuit Flights
I consider myself a pretty serious foodie. That's exactly why I've always loved the idea of food & drink flights. Whether it's ice cream, tacos, or beer, I'm all about sampling a little bit of everything.
Well... move over ice cream flights because biscuit flights have officially entered the chat, and they look absolutely incredible!

As much as I love discovering fun food trends, I love supporting local businesses even more. There's just something special about finding a small bakery that's pouring its heart into every single item it makes.
Sand Dollar Baking Co. is a small micro bakery in Newburyport (just over the New Hampshire border) that's "Rooted in craft. Inspired by coast." Founder Amy stepped away from nearly 20 years in corporate sales to return to what she truly loves: baking.
Every item she creates is inspired by the coastal community she calls home and reflects both her personal story and passion for bringing people together through food.

According to the bakery, its mission is to create baked goods that feel "both effortless and meaningful." By baking in small batches and using real ingredients, Sand Dollar Baking Co. has built a loyal following of customers who appreciate homemade treats made with care.
But the bakery's biggest showstopper has to be its biscuit flights!
Instead of choosing just one flavor, you can try all five signature biscuits in a single order: classic buttermilk, cheddar & chive, bacon & maple, blueberry AND cinnamon roll.

Why pick one when you can have a taste of everything?

One customer wrote on social media, "Those were the best cinnamon roll biscuits I've ever had! Big fan."
Honestly, I think more bakeries should start serving flights. If they're anything like these, I have a feeling they'll disappear as fast as they come out of the oven.
