Seabrook Police K-9 To Get Body Armor
(Seabrook, NH) - The Seabrook Police Department's K-9 Henry will soon be sporting a bullet and stab protective vest.
The non-profit organization "Vested Interest in K-9s, Inc." is donating the vest.
It will be embroidered with the sentiment, "In memory of Sgt. Sean Gannon, Yarmouth Police Department".
Officer Gannon was the K-9 officer in Yarmouth, Massachusetts. He was shot to death while serving a warrant in April of this year.
The new vest is expected to be delivered to the Seabrook PD in the next 8 to 10 weeks.
