Southern New Hampshire Expected to See Snowfall on Friday
Meteorologist Kevin Skarupa from WMUR breaks down what we can expect on Friday with more snow coming to southern New Hampshire.
Kevin says the snow should start mid-morning on Friday. It should start as light snow, but then switch over during Friday afternoon to rain.
No big issues are expected on the roadways because the afternoon rain will wash most of the snow away. You will probably see the snow stick to mostly grassy areas.
All in all, the forecast is calling for 1-3 inches in the southern portion of New Hampshire. Kevin says it will start as snow, then switch to rain and it could possibly switch back to snow for a time on Friday evening before coming to an end.
