(Waterville, Maine) – A woman from Waterville, Maine  is facing multiple charges after crashing her vehicle into porch steps with her 17-month-old daughter on board, while allegedly high on drugs.

( Hampton,N.H.) - Police in Hampton have arrested a mother and father they say were shooting up heroin in a parked car on Ocean Boulevard with their 6 year old son in the back seat.
