Pending further court action, OSHA is moving forward with enforcement of the Biden Administration COVID-19 vaccine mandate starting January 10.

Free test kits, fixed vaccination sites and another Booster Blitz will all help, according to Gov. Chris Sununu.

Rockingham County continues to have the highest number of active cases with 1,870, according to the state COVID-19 dashboard, while Stafford County has 962.

Three of the four locations are currently open with a fourth scheduled to open in Rochester Thursday morning.

15 locations around the state for the Booster Blitz on Dec. 11 to encourage COVID-19 booster shots, including two on the Seacoast in Rochester and Stratham.

One thing Gov. Chris Sununu will not be bringing back is a statewide mask mandate. He said communities and businesses already have the ability to institute their own mask rules.

The approval comes as the expected "winter surge" arrived in northern New England as the number of positive cases continues to rise.

The new rules are suspended for the moment as a federal court said there are "grave statutory and constitutional issues with the mandate."

28 million children age 5-11 nationwide are eligible to receive the vaccine.
