The Central Avenue Bridge In Dover Has Reopened At Last

(Dover, NH) - The summer-long construction project ended Friday, and crews spent the weekend repainting the parking spaces on the bridge.

This is how the bridge looked early Friday as work was being completed.

By Sunday afternoon, traffic was flowing smoothly and parking spaces on one side of the bridge were already being used.

Meanwhile, work on the Whittier Street Bridge is picking up. Crews will now work six-days a week in an effort to complete the construction of the new bridge by Thanksgiving.
