The folks at Brown's Lobster Pound on Route 286 in Seabrook can't seem to catch a break lately. This past summer, the restaurant suffered significant damage due to a fire that broke out in the early morning hours of August 20th. However, they were planning on re-opening on Friday, March 23rd.

Then, March came and so did the nor'easters. According to Brown's Facebook page, they got some water in the building, but as the tides receded so did the water. However they are now experiencing delays with equipment deliveries.

Brown's, which has been opened since 1950 says they hope to be open by Easter. Fingers crossed.
