The best feature of this course is the no-reservation / no tee time system. Most golf courses require players to book and pay before playing the round. The tee time system helps most courses prevent overcrowding and slow pace of play.

At Jamestown Golf Course, however, there are no tee times. Instead, you show up, put your name on a list, and wait for your name to be called. Instead of overcrowding, it creates a fun pre-round environment.

Most players hang around, warm up while they wait, and have a pre-round beverage. Then, after waiting for 30 minutes or so, your group will be called.
