This Four Year Old Mainer Saved Up His Money to Buy His Own Apple Tree

This truly warms my heart. While most four-year-olds save up their money for action figures or toy cars, this little guy decided to use his hard earned dollars to embrace his green thumb!

The folks at Estabrook's in Yarmouth Maine were surprised by this too! But who are they to be ageist? If four-year-old Finley wants an apple tree, then an apple tree he shall get.

At this rate, Finley's tree will be producing delicious apples by the time he is 10. A few years down the line, I can picture Finley on a date bringing his lovely lady to his apple tree. He will casually mention how he has had it since he was four. How could she not be impressed?
