The Farmer's Almanac is oldest continually published periodical in the country. According to almanac.com, the publication was started in 1792. It contains weather forecasts, planting schedules, tide tables, recipes, and numerous articles on a variety of subjects.

Elsewhere around New England, the dive suit is Maine's contribution. And there would be no internet if it weren't for Massachusettes and MIT professor, Tim Berners-Lee.
