This Weekend: Candy Yard Sale in New Hampshire to Offer Sweet Treats for All

Some may not know the hidden gem in Dover, New Hampshire, that is Lickee's & Chewy's. Those who do have fallen in love, and we want to knight you with the knowledge of the scrumptious sweets that exist within the Dover Mills candy store, and a special opportunity to try some of them this Saturday.

According to the Lickee's & Chewy's website, owner Chris Guerette was serving overseas in the military when a comrade referred to candy from back home as "lickie's and chewies". Chris was inspired, and resolved to one day open his own candy store called "Lickee's & Chewy's". The rest, as they say, is history.

Whether you go to Lickee's & Chewy's on a regular basis or have never been, it's safe to say that no one would pass up on the chance to purchase some sweets at a discounted price. That's where the yard sale comes in.

A recent Facebook post shared by Lickee's & Chewy's is promoting the candy shop's annual yard sale, happening this Saturday at 10am. Those who stop by can take home "$5 mystery bags, each filled with a minimum of $12 worth of leftover holiday or slightly expired but still tasty chocolates, liqueur chocolates, gummies, candies and more."

To make things even more exciting, within some of the bags are "Purple Medallions", which you can use to obtain free cards, King Shakes, and more. Um, yes please. You literally can't go wrong.

The Lickee's & Chewy's yard sale will continue as long as supplies last, so be sure to arrive early. Last year, according to the Facebook post, everything sold out in a matter of hours.
