Sushi is one of my favorite foods...but sometimes it is a gamble.

Really, anytime you deal with consuming raw food it could go south.

Sushi is also super expensive and it is difficult to try new rolls because you can't pronounce them or their ingredients...

So what happens? You, and I, just stick to the basic rolls unwilling to get outside of the comfort zone.

Not at this unique sushi dining experience in Massachusetts.

Endless, Revolving Sushi, Massachusetts:

Kura Sushi has three locations in Massachusetts, all with a revolving sushi bar.

The concept is simple, yet super unique. You sit at a table along a conveyor belt that has sushi plates revolving around the restaurant.

As the plates float by, grab what you want!

And you get to see the roll before grabbing it, so you don't have to worry about pronunciation or what it will look like...it is right in front of you to see!

Kura also offers an Express Belt for selective orders.

There is a digital menu at your table, so when you want to order a specific roll, minutes later the plate of sushi will be delivered via the Express Belt.

The entire place is super modern...and smart. One Instagram video shows that you dispose of your plates at your table through a slide. And your drinks come from a moving robot.
