Something amazing took place last night at the Pittsburgh Penguins/Philadelphia Flyers hockey game.

It's one of the reasons I believe hockey fans are some of the greatest sports fans you'll ever come across.

The game was between the Penguins and the Flyers, no Canadian team was on the ice, but because of the horrific shootings that took place in Canada earlier in the day, fans showed their support the only way they could, by singing along with Jeff Jimerson during the pregame ceremonies.

It immediately brought me back to April 17th, 2013, a mere two days after the Boston Marathon Bombing. The video is 6 minutes long and the National Anthem doesn't start until the 3:30 mark, but if you're able, watch the video, it's really something to see.
