Seacoastonline reports that the Coat of Arms in Portsmouth may soon be replaced with another restaurant to occupy it's space.

The report indicates that Julian Armstrong (owner of the Anju Noodle Bar and The Wallingford Dram in Kittery) was approved for the renovations to be made at 174 Fleet St.
