It was a football season that we would like to forget. I am sure Tom Brady would like to forget it more than anyone else. The Patriots were crushed by the Tennessee Titans in the NFL Wild card playoff game this Saturday and it hurt. Is Brady too old to play? Has he lost his magic touch? Yahoo Sports is reporting that Brady didn’t want to delve into speculation, but he was asked over and over during the post-game press conference. It seems that he just couldn’t dodge the question that was on everyone’s minds. Will he retire?

His house and that of his trainer have been up for sale. Is that a clue to what’s in his future? According to yahoo sports, Brady was quoted at the post-game conference “I don’t want to get too much into the future. I don’t know what’s going to happen. NO one needs to make choices at this point. I love playing football and I love playing for this team. I don’t know what it looks like moving forward.” That was a great non-answer to the question. When the subject of age came up Brady said “We’re all running out of time and chances every year that goes by. I don’t think I’m the only one in that category.” Do you think he was just talking about football or was that a dig at all of us?

According to a report on ESPN Robert Kraft wants him back. According to Brady he still wants to play, so what's the hold-up? Money? Big fat contract? It's gonna be one interesting off-season.
