This New England House Won Halloween with a Willy Wonka Theme and Waffle Scented Bubbles
A house in New England might be the best-decorated house in all of America.
People go all out for Christmas. The lights, the music, and the displays wow people - so much so that people make a night of driving around looking at other people's Chritmas displays.
Well one town in New England, really one house, is making that same energy happen for Halloween.
This is a house in Boston, Massachusetts...and yes, they go ALL OUT for Halloween.
I really love that they did a Willy Wonka theme and not a spooky theme.
People always associate Halloween with fear and terror (spooky stuff) but it does not have to be like that. Really, Halloween decorations can be any theme. I mean people dress up as whatever they want...why not make a house whatever theme you want too?
Perhaps the most impressive thing about this display is the waffle-flavored/scented bubbles.
A lot of people hit two senses: sight (with a killer display) and audio (with some cool music).
This house dips into a third sense - smell.
The Willy Wonka House has people traveling all over to see it.
If you are interested in checking it out, according to the Instagram comments, the house is located at 321 Marlborough St. in Back Bay.
