World Series Champion Headlines Charity Dinner In Manchester

It's been quite a week for Red Sox Nation, with another World Series crown. Now, the streak continues with a special dinner featuring legends of years past, including one who was instrumental in snapping the 86 year drought.
According to the New Hampshire Fisher Cats website, the annual New Hampshire Baseball Dinner will be on November 17th, and Red Sox great Orlando Cabrera, along with 1994 Hall of Fame Inductee & 4-Time Cy Young Winner Steve Carlton, 2005 Cy Young Winner Chris Carpenter, former Sox standouts Bob Stanley and Rich Gedman, and others. For $80, a ticket includes an autograph session from 5-7pm, a fully catered dinner courtesy of the Manchester Downtown Hotel, and a chance to interact with baseball legends, per the website.
The Granite State Baseball Dinner is presented by Northeast Delta Dental. According to the website, is an annual charitable event that benefits the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, the Ted Williams Museum, and the Fisher Cats Foundation. Since 2007, the dinner has generated more than $1.65 million.
