You Might be Part of One of the Largest Recalls Issued in the United States
A report from CNBC says it's one of the largest recalls ever issued in the United States.Fiat Chrysler is warning owners of several makes and models of vehicles to immediately stop using their cruise control because a potential defect could leave the operator of the vehicle unable to cancel the cruise control under certain circumstances.
The recall affects some 4.8 million automobiles made between 2014 and 2018. FCA says it will begin notifying affected customers on when to bring their vehicles into dealerships for repair.
The recall affects the following 14 Jeep, Ram, Chrysler and Dodge models:
