(Concord, NH) - A traffic stop on Rockingham Street in Concord ended in the arrests of two people in the vehicle.

Chouinard[/caption]State Police stopped a vehicle operated by 23 year old Michael Chouinard of Northwood after it failed to dim its headlights for an approaching State Trooper. The driver was determined to be impaired.

Chouinard initially failed to produce a valid drivers license and gave the trooper a false name and date of birth. Police were able to identify Chouinard, whose license was under suspension after a DWI conviction in Concord in May.

He has been charged with DWI and Driving After Suspension.

O'Brien[/caption]A passenger in the car, 21 year old Edward O'Brien of Chichester was determined to be the registered owner of the car. He is charged with allowing an improper person to operate his vehicle and hindering apprehension of prosecution.
