I was surprised by the reaction and passion for these familiar yet unique combos on social media platforms. There were very few responses of the 'Meh' category, as people either really loved these or just the thought of them made them sick.

A response from Rochester NH wrote that her Father is a big fan of the cold bean sandwich but, instead of onion, slathers it with a generous helping of Miracle Whip.

I can't say that I've ever though to try that and I probably never will, but if I was offered one I think it would be rude to refuse. Honestly though, the thought of mayo on cold baked beans does make me cringe.

On that same topic of disgust, I'm ashamed to admit that I've never liked pea soup either. I tried it once when I was about 7 years old and the flavor and consistency was hideous.

The other three on this list are a no brainer. Brown bread and cheddar cheese could easily be my favorite food combination ever and loading up a meatball sub with pickles and hots is a great option that I go with at least once a month.

I'm also excited about pairing up peanut butter and chips someday soon and I think I'll go with unflavored chips to start and then venture into more outrageous blends like salt and vinegar.
