It's possible that Electronic cigarettes could soon be banned in all places where regular cigarettes are already prohibited in city of Dover.
According to a report in Foster's Daily Democrat, the Dover City Council has scheduled a public hearing for February 10th on the proposed ordinance.

Tobacco products are currently banned from several places around the city including a park and on school grounds and athletic fields. Police Capt. David Terlemezian says it's a logical extension of existing tobacco ordinances in "family- and child-intensive areas." Mayor Karen Weston says she doesn't expect significant challenges to the amendment.
