It is an exciting time for Wildcat fans, as UNH currently has two teams in the playoffs! Interestingly, both affairs pit 'Cats versus dogs.
Flying under the radar for much of the year, the UNH Men's Basketball team defeated Hartford in the opening round of the America East playoffs.
After winning just six games last year, a strong freshman class has led the 'Cats to 19 wins (so far) this season. They will be on the road Sunday at 2:00 p.m. to face the Albany Great Danes.

The UNH Men's Ice Hockey team had a tough season, finishing 9th in Hockey East, but can make it all a distant memory with a deep post-season run.
They carry a five game winning streak into the Hockey East playoffs that get underway Friday night at 7pm in Durham, where they'll host the Connecticut Huskies in a Best-Of three series.
Game Two is Saturday at 7pm and, if necessary, Game 3 is at 4:30. If you're looking for tickets, good seats are still available.
