Bank of America in Dover, NH Was Robbed and Police are Looking for the Suspect
So many American's are struggling financially due to Covid-19. Unfortunately, this seems to be having a ripple effect on the volume of crimes committed in our country. What happened at the Bank of America on 80 Washington Street in Dover this morning (April 9th) is unsettling and way too close to home. It is right down the street from the radio station. I have been to that branch several times.
According to the Dover NH police department Facebook page, the suspect is described as a white male who was wearing a gray Nike brand sweatshirt and pink/white checkered pajama pants (not exactly discrete) at he time of the robbery. If I understand correctly, he shed this clothing and it was found nearby. He was then spotted wearing a pink shirt, pink pants, and dark colored shorts over the pants.
The suspect was last seen on foot and the police are looking for any tips!
