Behind the Scenes of WOKQ Sessions with Rising Star, Filmore

The country music scense is on high alert! Filmore is going to be making an impact on the genre very soon!

WOKQ was lucky enough to have Filmore stop by our #WOKQSessions performance space recently and he wowed the crowd with songs and stories of his life. His band mates BC and John Luke (who are also his roomates), came along for the fun and we all had some laughs and listened to some great music.

Filmore, who is originally from Wildwood, Missouri now calls Nashville home and is signed to Curb Records. He's made a huge impact by having over 25 million downloads of his song, 'Slower.' What's great about the guy is he writes/co-writes most if not all his songs.

We had an awesome time with Filmore and we just know that we'll be hearing his songs on the radio in the near future.
