For some reason Mexican cuisine and food trucks just go hand and hand but there is something really that just feels right about grabbing a taco from a truck. Maybe it's because they are handheld and easy to pass off.

Let's face it. It's basically a Greek taco. I love it for the same reason I love tacos from a truck. Bonus points if they have falafel! That's my favorite.
