Here Are 5 Reasons You Won’t Want to Miss Country on the Coast at Hampton Beach
If you're looking for some country flavor to add to your summer plans, Country on the Coast is just what you're looking for. This week-long country festival full of music, line dancing and family-friendly fun takes place from Sunday, July 7, to Thursday, July 11, at Hampton Beach.
It's the perfect time to round up your friends for a day, or two, or five, to show off your country spirit, listen to some live music, and maybe grab some drinks and food right on the coast of New Hampshire.
Here are five reasons you won't want to miss Country on the Coast this year:
1. Live Country Music
What better way to enjoy your summer than with live music? Starting Sunday, July 7, the country music will kick-off each day at 3 p.m. from the Sea Shell Stage. Country acts like Angela West, No Shoes Nation - the Kenny Chesney Tribute Band, Martin & Kelly, Kevin White's Tribute to Garth Brooks, Maddi Ryan, Nick Drouin, Houston Bernard, Timmy Brown, Kevin Herchen, Old Town, and headliner William Michael Morgan will have you dancing and singing along. Oh, and it's all free and for all ages.

2. William Michael Morgan
The headlining act for Country on the Coast is William Michael Morgan, a singer/songwriter from Mississippi. He burst on the scene with his mega-hit single "I Met a Girl," which was named Taste of Country's Critic Pick for the "warm country love song that slows time."
You can check out videos from some of his other songs here or on his YouTube channel:
No matter what, Morgan is going to deliver an electrifying show on the final day of Country on the Coast that will leave you asking for an encore.
3. Line Dancing
Dust off those boots because line dancing lessons will be offered each night of Country on the Coast. Instructor Michelle Jackson White will have you learning the moves and stepping along to the songs. It's the perfect combo of music and dancing that'll make you look like a true country cowboy or cowgirl.
4. The Festival Is Free
That's right, the festival is all free. Music is free. Dancing is free. Fun is free. So it's perfect for date night or even taking the whole family to enjoy. Need we say more?
5. Featured Restaurants
With all the country music and dancing, you'll want to take a break and get a drink or have a bite to eat. Definitely check out these featured restaurants during the week.
