Dinosaurs are coming to Boston this fall and if your kids are anything like mine, this will be a can't-miss experience. It's called Dino Safari Boston and it will take over Quincy Market starting in November.

This walk-through experience takes dinosaur lovers of all ages back in time as they travel through the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous time periods, seeing over 30 giant moving – and there's lots of adventure while you walk through as well.

According to the Dino Safari website, families will feel earthquakes, see dinosaurs battle each other and you may even have to save a baby dinosaur's life. Just reading it makes me excited to go, so I can only imagine how my daughters will feel.

Both of my girls are totally dinosaur obsessed. The want to be dinos for Halloween, have dinosaur everything in their bedroom and my oldest told her teacher this year she wants to be a paleontologist when she grows up (she even spelled it right, I was impressed). But neither one of them has yet experienced an indoor walk-through dinosaur immersion adventure.

This sounds to me like the one to check out. The space they are setting up in at Quincy Market is rather spacious and will allow for social distancing even while inside. Plus everything in the exhibit is hands-free, so thousands of little dino lovers aren't all putting their hands on the same things.

Perhaps best of all, tickets start at just $20. Totally reasonable for about an hour of walking around huge, moving dinosaurs with my kids. Tickets are officially going on sale Thursday November 14, but parents you can add your name to the waitlist now.
