Dover Police Investigate Suspected Drug Overdose Death
(Dover, NH) - Dover police say the death of a Rochester man last week could be the sixth drug overdose death in the city this year.
Officials have identified the victim as 42-year-old Michael Rowe, whose body was found last Wednesday night lying near a building on Merry Street.
An autopsy was performed by the state medical examiners office, but the results are not yet available.
Police are still trying to determine the circumstances of his death and how he came to be found in that location.
Dover had 12 drug overdose deaths in 2016.
