Drug Charges Filed Against Rochester Man

(Rochester, NH) - A Rochester man is facing several charges after Police discovered drug in his apartment last week.

Rochester Police were investigating a wanted person case on May 11th when they found heroin and drug paraphernalia in Apartment 4 at 17 Winter Street.

56 year old Gerald Landry was charged with Possession of  A Controlled Drug and Common Nuisances.

Police say the same apartment had been searched last month for suspected drug use and as a dwelling where drugs were being purchased.
