Durham Man Arrested For DWI
( Dover, N.H. ) - Dover police arrested a Durham man early this morning for driving while intoxicated after he collided with a backhoe that was conducting snow removal near the intersection of Back River road and Durham road.
42 year old Andrew Grandy was not injured in the incident but the driver of the backhoe was transported to Wentworth Douglass hospital with minor injuries. Grandy was released on bail.

An Epping man has been sentenced to life in prison for killing his ex-wife two years ago. Aaron Desjardins pleaded guilty last year to killing Amanda "Amy" Warf.
The murder trial of former Patriots player Aaron Hernandez is back underway after the judge received a note from a juror. The judge began today's session by calling prosecutors, the defense and Hernandez up to the bench for a 15 minute sidebar conference. She mentioned she received a note, but did not announce its contents.
A woman suffered a serious injury when her suv was hit by a truck in Brentwood this morning. The driver of the suv was rear-ended by a box truck on Route 125 just before 8:30. She was airlifted to a Boston hospital.
