Gronk turned 29 on Monday and what better way to celebrate than to head to a tropical place with his gorgeous former Patriots Cheerleader girlfriend, Camille Kostek?

To say they are an attractive couple is stating the obvious.

While in Jamaica, the two got into some zip lining, boating, rope swinging and took plenty of selfies along the way.
