Santa is coming to Dover

The North Pole gets busy this time of year but not too busy for Santa to make a special trip to the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire in Dover.

The special event is called “Jingle Bell Extravaganza,” and it will be held on Sunday, December 5, and Sunday, December 12 from 1-2:30 or 3-4:30, according to a press release by the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire.

This is your chance to meet the big guy before the big holiday.

What to Expect from Your Visit

Not only can you meet with Santa, but you can also pose for pictures with him and get a little present from him to take home.

The museum will be decorated for the holiday, and they are hosting so many activities with crafts and science experiments.  There will even be a special reading of “The Polar Express,” one of my all-time favorite Christmas stories!

Safety measures will be observed with social distancing and masks required for everyone over the age of 2.  Please note that if you have attended this event in the past, you will remember the bus ride but due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no bus ride this year.

How to get Tickets?

Children’s Museum of New Hampshire members can purchase tickets to the event for $15 per person.  The tickets for non-members are $20 per person.  Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for the Jingle Bell Extravaganza so don’t delay and head over to their website at www.childrens-museum.org to register and get your tickets.
