Dallas nurse has Ebola
Officials say the treatment of a Dallas nurse with Ebola included a plasma transfusion from a doctor who beat the virus. The nurse caught Ebola while treating a Liberian patient who died.

Man involved in weekend crash has died
State police say the driver of a car involved in an accident on Interstate 93 in Canterbury has died. Police say 24-year-old Joseph Nelson of Franklin died yesterday at a hospital. He was originally charged with driving under the influence of drugs after Sunday morning's crash. A 24-year-old woman was injured. Two children in the car were not hurt.

Authorities focus on mechanical problems in deadly hayride
Maine, like most states, doesn't have strict regulations for hayrides, including the one that crashed over the weekend. Authorities say a mechanical problem caused a Jeep towing a wagon full of passengers to crash during a Halloween-themed hayride in Mechanic Falls on Saturday. A 17-year-old girl was killed and more than 20 other people were injured.

Stupid News

A bank teller in a New York City Chase Bank branch was handed a note from a would-be robber.  The their apparently didn't like the fact that the tell went over to another employee and showed them the note.  He left without any money.  He's still on loose.

Joke du Jour

Mark's 12-year-old daughter asked him for a picture of him when he was a baby.  She said she needed it for a school project.  A few days later Mark was at a parent-teacher conference when he noticed his picture pinned to a mural that students had created. When he got home, he asked his daughter what the project was, she said they were asked to bring in the oldest thing in their house!
