It’s Moose Season (On New Hampshire Roadways)

(Concord, NH) - The New Hampshire Fish & Game Department is reminding motorists to "Brake For Moose."  It could save your life! 

According to the Fish & Game Department, there were 116 moose/vehicle collisions in New Hampshire in 2016. The average for the past five years is 136.

May through October are the high-risk months for encountering moose on roadways as the moose are in search of salt to eat.
