For many, there snack tooth often likes to be rewarded with something sugary and sweet. However, for millions of Americans, myself included, we could take or leave the sugar- give us the salt!

Salty snacks are bae

There's just something about a crunchy, salty snack that satisfies the deepest caverns of our guttural regions. That's why, whenever the state fairs roll around, I dig into the annual 'fair fund' of cash in preparation to by as many crispy, crunchy and salty snack as possible.

Maybe this is why America has an obesity and hypertensive crisis going on. Either that, or the blatant lack of self-control that so many of us, myself included again, struggle with. If you're like me, be prepared to be saddened by a new list of discontinued snacks.

So which major company is getting rid of several snacks?

According to an article published by Sporked, massive snack brand Frito-Lay has announced the discontinuation of at least 15 of their current snacks. Some of these include offerings from the Doritos and Tostitos lineup, among others.

Sporked recently uncovered 15 snacks that Frito-Lay plans on discontinuing in 2025, and they include some of my favorites. If some of your favorites are on this list, you better stock up if you still see them on store shelves and enjoy them while you can.

Perhaps if fans of snacks being discontinued protest, Frito-Lay will change its mind.
