(Manchester, N.H. ) - The identity of Rochester journalist James Foley's killer has been revealed.

ABC News has  confirmed the man's identity as Mohammed Emwazi of London. Emwazi is the man depicted in several videos released by ISIS in which he appears to be beheading Americans, including James Foley.

The suspect in an armed robbery at the Citizen’s Bank in the Shaw’s Supermarket in Stratham on Tuesday afternoon has been arrested by police in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. 32 year old Seamus Murphy of Milford was arrested last night at a Motel 6 in Tewksbury.

Police in Londonderry are asking for the public's help in locating a missing elderly man. 82 year old Jack Rattigan has not been heard from since yesterday at about 5:30 pm. He was last seen driving a 2007 silver Dodge Dakota pickup bearing the N.H. plate “2 jacks”.

State police in Maine say the 75-car pileup that injured at least 17 people on Interstate 95 yesterday is likely the largest motor vehicle crash in state history. They are still compiling paperwork from all the crashes and interviewing drivers who were involved. Investigators may never determine exactly how the events unfolded because of how many vehicles crashed and they have  not ruled out the possibility of criminal charges.

A Guilford man who objected to a book his daughter was assigned to read  in school is suing the police officer who arrested him at a school board meeting. William Baer complained about the  book, "Nineteen Minutes" by Jodi Picoult  at the meeting  because it includes sexually explicit content.  Baer is now suing Llt. James Leach,  arguing that he was falsely arrested for exercising his right to free speech.
