(Boston, Mass.) - The same jury that found Dzhokhar Tsarnaev guilty of all 30 charges in connection with the Boston Marathon bombing case will now determine his sentence.

The convictions on murder, conspiracy and other charges linked to the April 15th, 2013 bombing that claimed 3 lives, and the shooting death of MIT Police Officer Sean Collier three days later carry the death penalty.

The jury next week will begin hearing testimony in the sentencing phase and will decide if Tsarnaev will be executed or serve life in prison.
