Movie Smackdown: Charlie Brown vs James Bond

The success of Hollywoods Fall movie box office rest on the shoulders of two superstars who got their start in the 1950's.    Charlie Brown versus James Bond.

Will Charlie Brown's search for self respect defeat James Bond's search for the head of the international spy organization SPECTRE.

My money will literally be on CB as opposed to JB.  First off, THE PEANUTS MOVIE will feature 3D technology and animation similar to Pixar's TOY STORY. But the most important selling point to me is the movie features my namesake character "Shermy".

Little known factoid.  Shermy appeared in the very first PEANUTS comic strip AND had the first line of dialogue ever in a PEANUTS strip when he said:

"Good ol' Charlie Brown . . . How I hate him!"

So until James Bond invents a character with my name, this weekend in a head to head battle my allegiance is with   "Good ol' Charlie Brown...I love him !!!"
