Multiple Injuries Follow 3- Car Crash in Portsmouth[NEWS]

(Portsmouth, N.H.) - Multiple patients were transported to the hospital this afternoon following a 3-car crash in Portsmouth. Six ambulances transported  a total of nine patients from the scene of the crash on Lafayette Road near Elwyn and Peverly Hill roads. A van transporting mentally handicapped adults crashed head on into a stone wall near the entrance to Elwyn Road. One of the other drivers suffered facial injuries. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
