Summertime and music festivals go together like peas and carrots (or peanut butter and jelly if veggies are not your thing). Music festivals are often where you discover lesser-known bands that grow to become rock stars.

And not all music festivals are drug-filled, ragers...most are full of peace, beauty, and music that connects with festival goers' souls.

Below the the 7 must-attend music festivals in New Hampshire this summer.

Northlands Music and Arts Festival, Swanzey, NH

This might be the biggest and best one on the list. According to the Northlands website, this 3-day festival has The StringCheese Incident, Cory Wong (one of my favorites), Umphrey's McGee, and Moe headlining.

Hillsboro Summerfest, Hillsboro, NH

This 4-day festival is FREE. Instead of it being all music, this summer festival, according to the website, has a parade, carnival rides, beer tents, fireworks, vendors, and more.

Mountains Music and Arts Festival, Warren, NH

According to the MelodyMountain Farm Facebook Page, the Mountain Music and Arts Fest is back with an Americana/Indie Rock band and an Allman Brothers Tribute band headlining, other bands, food trucks, camping, and more.

Pizzastock Derry, NH

13 music acts and two stages with an event offering information on mental health, suicide prevention, and more. There will be food trucks, activities for little ones, and even a wiffleball tournament.

July 26, 2025. Pinkerton Academy Football Field.

Revel in the Meadow, Dover, HH

According to the website, this is a one-day, jam-packed event with camping, craft beer, two stages of music, and community projects.
