DeLemus faces detention hearing today
A Rochester man faces a detention hearing today following his arrest on charges stemming from a 2014 standoff involving Nevada ranchers and federal authorities. Gerald DeLemus was named in a federal indictment made public last week alleging he was a "mid-level leader" and organizing supporter of rancher Cliven Bundy.

Authorities believe a fall caused death of man in Rindge
Authorities suspect a fall caused the death of a young man whose body was found yesterday in a stream in Rindge. An autopsy is being done today. He had last been seen alive at a social gathering Saturday night not far from where his body was found. Police have not identified him as they contact next of kin.
