New Hampshire Celebrities Take to the Field For Wounded Warriors This Saturday in Manchester
New Hampshire native and former St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Chris Carpenter leads a team of celebrities in a softball game this Saturday at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium, home of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats.
The game will begin at noon on Saturday afternoon. Admission to the game will be a suggested $10 donation to the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Tournament Association. Participants in the game will include well known local sports, media and other high profile people well know to the area.
The Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team (WWAST) is a charitable organization whose mission is to raise awareness, educate, and inspire the public about the strength and resiliency of our wounded warriors.
