New Hampshire Retains Death Penalty[NEWS]

(Concord, N.H.) - The New Hampshire Senate voted this morning to keep the state's death penalty on the books. Republican Senator Russell Prescott of Kingston cast the deciding vote. The final vote was 12-12 and the bill was tabled. The last execution that took place in New Hampshire was back in 1939.
