New Hampshire Should be Ready for One of the Worst Flu Seasons in History
Those in the medical profession are bracing themselves for what could be a really bad flu season. According to a report from CNBC.
The flu is now widespread in 46 states (according to the CDC) including two New England States: Massachusetts and Connecticut.
It should be noted, according to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, the flu is NOT a reportable disease in the Granite State.
Officials also say the flu vaccine is not proving to be very effective against this year's H3N2 flu strain.
